The large water tank gives an unlimited resistance range – the faster and harder you row, the greater the resistance you encounter, ensuring a challenge with every stroke. Recreating the same feel and sound of being out there on the river, the self-regulating resistance system results in the same full-body benefits of real rowing. An on-board computer displays all your key workout stats, including stroke count, time and calories burned. The textured seat, prevents slipping, and runs on a smooth aluminium rail with precision bearings and low friction rollers. Built to last, the RW100 features a durable belt with re-coil system to withstand those intense rowing sessions. An ergonomic handle ensure a strong grip, and pivoting footplates keep your feet securely in place. The rower is held in place when in use thanks to rubber stoppers, and when you’ve finished can be wheeled away on the concealed front transport wheels and stored vertically.
