Utilising our range of back machines will increase your flexibility, back strength and endurance. This in turn will lead to improved overall back posture, helping to prevent any potential future back injuries.
Safety
A back machine that incorporates a weight stack or can be loaded with weight plates is a safer option for users than free weights, particularly those suffering from back problems. If you’re lifting too heavy, all you have to do is return the weight stack back to its starting position, rather than being forced to drop the free weights.
Correct Form
Most weight stack machines work on a single (but adjustable) plane of motion without the weight imbalance that’s normally experienced when using free weights. While this imbalance does tend to assist in muscle growth by working to keep the weights steady, it can cause issues when it comes to form.
