Built with Q235A steel, it’s designed to withstand heavy sessions in any commercial gym environment. The seat cushion and chest pad both consist of comfortable PU foam that’s wrapped in a material that’s easy to clean and maintain despite frequent use. The seat is easy to raise or lower to suit users of different heights, the handles offer a sure grip (with a range of different hand positions too), and there’s an integrated foot plate too for stable body positioning. The arms aren’t fixed together—they can move independently meaning you can work both sides of the back at once, or focus only on one side if you’d prefer. The Split Type Rowing Trainer is a plate-loaded machine, with a weight horn on either side for loading your Olympic weight plate (weight plates sold separately). The weight horns are positioned at a slight angle to ensure your weight plates don’t slip off during use.
