Body-Solid T-Bar Row / Landmine System

This kit comprises the Body-Solid Heavy Duty T-Bar Row Holder and Lat Blaster Bar. The Body-Solid T-Bar Row Holder fits all standard and Olympic bars. Simply put one end of the bar into the platform cup, and load up the other end with the appropriate weight. The T-Bar Row Holder features an oversized solid steel axle pivot point, with dual bronze Oil-Lite bushings that lock rock-solid to any 2-3" tubing, or alternatively, it can be bolted to the floor. Full 360° swivel-ability makes it ideal for use in tight workout quarters. Paired with the T-Bar Row Holder is the Lat Blaster Bar, allowing your training routine to take on an exciting new approach. The highly specialised design automatically hits the Lats at the ideal biomechanical angle for specific Latissimus isolation, lower back protection and full range-of-motion. This bar easily fits on all standard and Olympic bars, and incorporates the main features found in the most expensive gym equipment. Please note: Bar and weights available separately (not included).
