PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Jordan Core Plate Trainer provides a highly effective way to improve core strength, stability, rotational strength and upper body mobility. Using multi-directional swivel action, it transforms a barbell into a multi-directional tool suitable for a wide range of exercises. Part of Jordan’s full commercial Performance Series, its extra-heavy steel plated base plate offers great stability with non-slip rubber and there are bolt holes for fixing to the floor. The built in handle doubles as a rope or band anchor point. Compatible with an Olympic Bar only. Core Plate Handle sold separately.
