The Body Power Solid 6ft Standard Bar is designed for use with Olympic width equipment benches & racks that usually requires a 7ft bar. With a 1” diameter, it is for use with Standard weight plates only, and features knurling along the shaft for a strong grip.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This solid cold rolled steel bar measures 6ft in length, but is compatible with Olympic width benches & racks that would usually require a 7ft bar. 52 inches between inside collars ensures an accurate fit on all Olympic width benches and racks.
Knurling along the handle at gripping points reduce the risk of the bar slipping during lifts. For use with standard collars and standard 1 inch weight plates only.
