The back rest can be adjusted to 9 different angles from flat to incline, with ladder-style adjustments and laser cut degrees for easy angle identification, while the seat pad has 3 separate positions. The back and seat pad are both cushioned and extra-grippy for superior stability during lifts. The Body Power TITAN Pro Bench has an Easy Grab Handle built-in beneath the seat, with rear transport wheels integrated for easy movement.
