For explosive jump and speed training, Body Solid Plyo Boxes are simply a must-have! Providing incredible exercise versatility, you can increase not only your vertical jumping ability, but also drastically increase foot speed, cardiovascular endurance and overall leg strength with plyometric training.
Durable and solid, the 24" (60.96cm) tall box is constructed from heavy-duty 1" square steel construction. Featuring a red, scratch-proof powder coat finish, it's built to withstand years of use. No matter how intense your training, the 1/2" reinforced plywood platform with non-slip rubber surface ensures you remain safe and comfortable with every step. Maximum user weight capacity: 21.4st (300lbs).

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
