The Body Solid Leather Dipping Strap is ideal for building strength. By adding resistance beyond your own body weight, it helps increase the effectiveness of dips, chins and lunges. Constructed from top-grain leather, the strap is highly durable. Simply attach the strap to a weightlifting belt (no more than 3" wide in front), loop the chain through any weight plates and away you go!
