PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Built strong to last long with heavy duty commercial quality steel, the 3.1 Bench corrects posture and stabilises positioning for a safe, muscle-building free weight workout. The bench adjusts to four different positions: 45°, 90°, flat and decline, and features a removable leg hold-down brace. The 3.1 also wheels away for easy storage, so you can stow it almost anywhere.
