Considered the world’s smartest dumbbells, the Bowflex® SelectTech® 560 Dumbbells replace the need for up to 30 individual dumbbells, saving on space and maximising your workout potential.
With the 560 Dumbbells, you can perform over 30 unique exercises to target a variety of muscles. Simply turn the dial to adjust the resistance between the 16 weight settings, which range from 2.3 kg (5 lbs) - 27.2 kg (60 lbs). Their unique locking mechanism ensures that your chosen weight stays put until you’re ready to turn the intensity up a notch.
Built with integrated Bluetooth® smart technology, you can record sets, reps and weight, all while syncing with your favourite Apps. The free Three Dimensional Trainer (3DT) App offers pre-loaded workouts and over 70 step-by-step coaching videos for optimum performance during every training session.
Paired with the specially designed 560 SelectTech Stand, you can keep your 560 Dumbbells safe, secure and within easy reach. The stand also features a convenient media shelf to support magazines, books, or tablets.

Almost all ex-display Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Exercise Bikes and Rowing Machines are Half Price or less!
Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
