Our mail order returns and ex-display units are built and unboxed but thoroughly checked to ensure they are in full working order before they go on sale, they may be “mint” or marked or have some minor superficial damage (the price of the product reflects the condition of the item at the time of sale). Bowflex fitness trainers will guide and motivate you toward success with high energy classes like, “LateralX Basics” and “LateralX Athletic Conditioning” as well as cross-functional training videos like yoga and optional SelectTech® dumbbell workouts. Plus, every workout is fuelled by Bowflex Radio, streaming today’s biggest hits. Work out to Pop, Country, Hip-Hop, Rock, 80’s and many more.
View all your workout data on-the-go with the 19.05 cm backlit LCD display, and users can utilise the integrated media rack, complete with charging port and speakers, to keep up to date with your favourite shows or listen to your own music while you train.
