The Rotating Push Up Handles from Fitness-Mad gives Push Up exercises a new twist as well as added balance and core strength exercises. Rotating handles allow the arms to rotate naturally when doing push ups the same way they would if you were doing press ups with a dumbbell, resulting in more muscles being engaged in the arms, chest, shoulders and back. Wrist and elbow strain is also reduced as a result of the rotating handles.
