PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The X3 is a robust Elliptical Trainer which seamlessly combines stylish design, unparalleled quality and versatility. WhisperStride™ technology and the patented Link6 elliptical drive systems work together to deliver a quiet, ultra-smooth glide even when at the highest resistance levels, which is complemented by the generous 20" stride path.
PERFORMANCE TRACKING
The 4 x 6" LCD with blue background clearly displays all your crucial training feedback including speed, calories and distance as well as other key measures. Workouts are displayed in groups of 4 for easy selection. With contact heart rate sensors built into the front handlebars, you can track your progress as you push through each stage of your workout. The X3 elliptical also comes with a wireless heart rate chest strap for even more accurate, continuous readings.
MOTIVATIONAL WORKOUTS
The Track Plus console keeps your training stimulating with an extensive range of training options. Choose from 14 workouts including the CoachZone with Arm Toner and Glute Toner or Total and Lower Body Trainer modes for targeting specific areas. With the option to store up to 4 user profiles each with 3 custom workouts, the whole family can personalise their settings. You also have access to limitless workouts via the Life Fitness Virtual Trainer website. You can download these directly to your console and monitor your progress extensively online.
The X3 also features iPod compatibility, an oversized, dual accessory tray, iPad docking shelf and Energy Saver Mode.
The Life Fitness X3 Elliptical Trainer is also available with Go or Track consoles.
