The solid steel bars feature evenly distributed weight and are covered in a high quality foam for maximum comfort during use. This means they can be used comfortably for a wide range of exercises such as lunges, squats, sit ups and other upper and lower body exercises and it avoids the sometimes uncomfortable feeling of hard, cold steel resting against the body. Available in 5 weights: 3kg-7kg with colour coded rubber end caps. Sold in singles.
