Offering excellent function and affordability, the LX3i comes complete with two sets of hand grips, complete with integrated heart rate monitors, that allow you to specifically hit a range of muscle groups. Performance suspensions pedals and a fixed lateral range keep you planted while you sweat.

Bowflex fitness trainers will guide and motivate you toward success with high energy classes like, “LateralX Basics” and “LateralX Athletic Conditioning” as well as cross-functional training videos like yoga and optional SelectTech® dumbbell workouts. Plus, every workout is fuelled by Bowflex Radio, streaming today’s biggest hits. Work out to Pop, Country, Hip-Hop, Rock, 80’s and many more.
View all your workout data on-the-go with the 19.05 cm backlit LCD display, and users can utilise the integrated media rack, complete with charging port and speakers, to keep up to date with your favourite shows or listen to your own music while you train.

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
