PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Bring the full training experience to your home with the ProForm Multi-Function XT Bench, as you target your core, arms and legs by switching between incline, decline and flat bench positions.
The bench comes complete with fixed uprights for racking the bar between lifts, which can be raised or lowered to suit you, and includes a four-foam leg developer (compatible with 1” standard weight plates). Plus, it comes with an exercise chart to guide you through movements.
