The blunt spikes provide acupressure to relieve you of pain in your: feet, hands, shoulders, upper back, forearm, outer leg, glutes or hips. The massage ball can help to “flush-out” toxins which may build up in the muscles. Ideal for use against a wall to target trigger points and tight muscles in the back, or any time your muscles feel tight!
