The heavyweight 9kg flywheel and friction-free ECB Magnetic Resistance work together seamlessly so you can enjoy a fluid workout every time you train. The comprehensive LCD screen displays all your essential training feedback including speed, time, calories burned and heart rate so you can monitor your performance with ease.
With 14 built-in workout programmes, you can ensure you stay motivated and challenged, whatever your fitness goals. With handlebar contact grips and Polar® wireless receiver, you can monitor your heart rate with ease. The R4000 is made for iPod speakers too, which provide premium levels of entertainment, along with compatibility for tracking your workout with Nike+ iPod.

Breathe new life into your training courtesy of Passport Media Player™ (sold separately). Through wireless link up to your television, you can view real footage from stunning locations across the globe. Enhancing the experience further, Passport™ adjusts to your terrain so that it feels like you're truly cycling your chosen route.
Focusing on comfort, the breathable mesh seat provides unique lumbar support so you can cycle contentedly for hours, while the multi-grip handlebars and self-balancing pedals ensure you feel safe and secure.
