These 5kg heat-treated dumbbells are coated in heavy-duty and odourless polyurethane, and are great for a comprehensive number of upper-body strength exercises, from shoulder press through to chest press and bicep curls.
Chrome contoured handles feature knurling for a secure grip throughout movements, and white numbering on the ends allow for easy weight identification within the range.
