PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Thanks to its space-saving design, the Alpine Elliptical Cross Trainer is ideal for those home gyms that are short on space. With 12 pre-set programs, plus manual, user, body-fat and heart rate controlled modes, there’s plenty of workout options to keep you motivated, and the 8kg flywheel maintains a smooth motion throughout the 16 stages of resistance.
The continuous display of time, speed, RPM, distance, calories and pulse on the back-lit LCD display keeps you up to date during your workout, while the pulse recovery fitness test reminds you of your fitness progress.
For extra comfort, the Alpine Elliptical Cross Trainer features a pulse alarm to let you know when you’re exceeding your maximum rate and perspiration-resistant keys.
The Alpine Elliptical also features an integrated POLAR compatible receiver for use with a chest strap (sold separately), but also benefits from hand sensors if you don’t have a chest strap.
Other features include transport castors, height adjustment and 4 user profiles and the option to create personalised fitness programmes.
