The Giro R Recumbent Cycle in Black from Kettler offers an exceptional 8kg flywheel and magnetic brake system with 16 stages of resistance, enabling you to make your workout as challenging as you want it to be for each individual session. Its blue backlit LCD screen features a continuous display of 7 functions and perspiration-resistant keys, along with 10 training programs to choose from, which include Heart Rate Control programs and user memory for four people. Additionally, there is recovery pulse fitness test to monitor your fitness progression and a visual and audible alarm to indicate when you are exceeding your max pulse rate. The Giro R features a comfortable recumbent style seat with a horizontal adjustment, alongside balanced pedals for an extremely smooth and efficient ride. To ensure you remain in a comfortable position throughout each workout, the height adjustment located at the rear of the Bike allows you to adjust the Bike’s set up further in order to suit each user. For movement and repositioning of the Recumbent Cycle, there are transport castors located at the front.
