Durability, comfort and entertainment in abundance – that’s what you get with the RS3 Lifeycle Recumbent Bike. Fitted with the new and upgraded Track Connect 2.0 Console, the bike delivers incredibly energising training versatility for truly effective results. Designed for optimum ease of use, the RS3 features an ergonomic, step-through design with dual-grip front assist handlebar for easy access and hold. Meanwhile, the ergonomic mesh seat not only keeps you cool and adjusts horizontally for customised positioning, but it reclines too. Ensuring you’re relaxed and comfortable at all time, it’s the ideal way to inspire motivation.
The 18cm white LCD display of the new Track Connect 2.0 console features an instructional message centre and 3 custom workouts per user profile, alongside 15 workout options. Classic workouts: Manual, Random, Hill. Advanced workouts: EZ Resistance, Sport Training, Fit Test. Heart Rate Controlled Workouts: Fat Burn, Cardio, Heart Rate Hill™, Heart Rate Interval™, Extreme Heart Rate™. Goal Workouts: Calories, Distance, Target Heart Rate. The Track Connect 2.0 features enhanced Bluetooth® that enables pairing with an Apple Watch® or Samsung Galaxy Watch®, as well as Apple® or Android™ smartphones. This lets you connect seamlessly to the bike for extremely accurate workout information.
The Life Fitness RS3 Lifecycle has contact heart rate hand sensors as well as wireless telemetry with a chest strap included. This enables you to monitor your heart rate while you work up a sweat.
