The Matrix Connexus Functional Training System lets you take on a virtually limitless range of exercises and movements to redefine your body and achieve your unique fitness goals at home. With just this one piece of equipment, you can train for weight loss, strength, endurance and full-body fitness, all within one compact space. A durable activity base protects your floor and includes a non-slip surface for stability during intense workouts, while yellow progression lines help users maintain proper form and easily adjust difficulty. Solid base anchors offer unique attachment points for the included resistance bands, and the sleek. Fully contained design features a footprint that’s just slightly larger than a treadmill. The suspension anchor at the top of the frame allows for hundreds of body-weight and gravity-based exercises – simply attach a suspension training kit (sold separately) to get started. When not in use, this kit can simply be pushed to the side out of the way rather than have to be detached. The included pull up bar lets you effectively train your upper body, performing exercises such as pull ups, chin ups and leg raises. The included weighted training bar takes a wide range of functional movements and traditional exercises like curls and squats to the next level when used with resistance bands. You can position the bar in the cradles on the front of the frame to take on a variety of full-body exercises. When you’re not using the training bar, it can be quickly stowed away. The smart storage chalkboard lets you safely store your tablet out of the way when you need to watch the exercise videos or access cutting-edge programming via the Matrix Fitness Home Workout App. In the app, you’ll find a comprehensive exercise library including the 60-day Connexus Program including 3 high energy workouts that can all be completed in 30 minutes or less. The Power grid at the back of the frame comprises an array of horizontal and vertical bars, providing countless positions to attach different fitness accessories for the ultimate home workout.
