The bike boasts 20 resistance levels, ensuring enough challenge for the beginner to the seasoned cyclist, while the ECB magnetic braking system delivers durability and smooth motion. Easily adjust the resistance level mid-workout with resistance toggles on the seat-mounted handlebars, and measure your heart rate via contact grips. Commercial-grade, self-balancing pedals with adjustable straps provide a secure footing, and the adjustable Comfort Arc Seat with mesh seatback ensures excellent ventilation and comfort too. Complete with the XR console, you can view all your workout stats with ease on the bright, 8.5” LCD display. There are 5 workout programmes built-in, including the renowned Sprint8 HIIT programme for intense home training. Extra features include a water bottle holder, integrated reading rack and energy saver mode.
