MuscleSquad took inspiration from their popular Multi-Functional Trainer, building on the platform with the addition of a third weight stack for the rear central pulley. This impressive 120kg weight stack works on a 1:1 ratio, with a designated attachment column for attachments like an adjustable lat pulldown seat, perfect for performing all your heavy cable lifts. The weight stacks on either side of the machine come in at 90kg each on a 2:1 ratio, which allow for smaller incremental jumps in weight and longer overall cable travel. Each plate increases in 4.5kg increments, but the rack also features built-in 2.5kg increment plates that bridge the gap when you’re not ready to make the full 4.5kg jump. The weight stacks are shrouded for safety, with easy weight adjustments via pull pins. The Advanced Multi-Functional Trainer features 16 levels of adjustment along its stainless-steel frame, alongside commercial-grade nylon pulley wheels for smooth movement through every rep, and comes with a v-bar row attachment, a short bar, a lat bar and two single handle attachments. The integrated 250kg-rated smith machine provides the option for training on a fixed plane of motion, which is great for isolating muscles and providing added stability. Compatible with Olympic weight plates, the smith bar weighs 18.5kg on its own and now features enhanced knurling, delivering the authentic feel of an Olympic barbell. The smith machine even comes with a shoulder pad for extra comfort during specific movements. With a pair of j-hooks and safety arms included, you can perform all your big lifts off the front of the rack like a typical squat rack with your own barbell and weight plate set. A maximum weight capacity of 350kg means it’s ready for whatever you can throw at it. For bodyweight training fans, the Advanced Multi-Functional Trainer has an integrated pull-up bar with multiple grip options for wide, narrow and neutral pull-ups.
