With Nautilus' exclusive dual-pivot Pec Dec station, you'll get the same freedom of movement you'd get from a dumbbell workout to more effectively target muscles and deliver superior results.
This unit also incorporates an 11-position press arm for a complete upper body workout, a leg curl/leg extension station for a complete lower body workout, and a dual-pivot pulley station that adds 20 exercises to your fitness regimen.
