Fitted with a 14” full-colour touchscreen display, the NordicTrack S15i Studio Cycle lets you stream high-energy studio sessions from the comfort of your own home. The screen can also tilt and pivot, meaning you’re not just limited to classes on the bike, and can follow along with floor-based iFIT workouts too. With iFIT, you never have to be bored by your workout again. From studio sessions to global workouts and even cross-training options like yoga and full-body sculpting, your options are seemingly endless (iFIT Pro membership required). ActivePulse™ technology ensures you’re working at the right intensity, putting you in the optimal heart rate zone (SmartBeat Arm Band required - not included), or let your iFit trainers take control of your resistance and incline. You can easily adjust these settings manually too, taking the incline to 20% and decline to -10%. The S15i’s Digital QuickResistance® system offers frictionless changes between 22 digital levels, which when combined with a 13kg inertia-enhanced flywheel results in a smooth, realistic indoor cycling experience. It’s easy to find the ideal riding position, thanks to the S15i’s new and improved ergonomic padded seat and non-slip multi-position handlebar. The seat can be adjusted vertically and horizontally, while the handlebars can be raised or lowered, complete with handlebar accessory tray. Choose how you ride with new two-sided pedals, with SPD Toe Clips or straps. The NordicTrack S15i even comes with a pair of 3lb / 1.4kg dumbbells, so you can keep your arms and shoulders just as strong as your legs.
