The Pro 50s have a weight range of 5-50lbs (2.3-22.7kg) per dumbbell, adjustable in 2.5lb increments. Change weights quickly with the included selector – just insert it into the weight and lift – and train safe in the knowledge that the Pro 50’s Auto Lock lever is there to prevent any unexpected micro-adjustments in weight. The selector pin is tethered to the weight plates so you don’t lose it, and the weights themselves are colour-coded for easy identification when adjusting on-the-go. The PowerBlock Pro 50’s plates are manufactured from urethane-coated steel, while the grips are contoured and covered in rubber for secure handling. Sold in pairs.
