This versatile free weight bench is the cornerstone of any barbell or dumbbell routine. It works great with our Power Rack and Smith Machine for intense workouts without a spotter. Adjusts from 90° Shoulder Press to decline position. Includes T-Bar Leg Hold-down with thick comfortable foam rollers. Features quick, easy, ladder-style back pad adjustment
