PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Powerline Power Rack measures 83” tall, and features a 2” x 2” heavy 14-gauge steel frame that can hold a weight capacity of 700lbs. The fully customisable design makes full body workouts easy and practical, allowing you to improve your general fitness as well as toning and building all of your largest muscle groups. The rack can even be expanded with a lat attachment (sold separately) to add extra variety to your strength workouts. Safety is also a key characteristic of this rack, featuring a pair of j-cup lift-offs and pipe and pin safeties, giving every user peace of mind when using Body Solid equipment. Exercises include; Upright Row, Shoulder Press, Bent Over Row, Knee Raise, Biceps Curl (standing), Squat, Dead Lift, Negatives, High Knees.
