Product is located in our Ex-demo & Returns facility based at South Portway Close, Northampton. NB: There is therefore no access to visiting customers other than via our drive through “Click & Collect” service & strictly by appointment only. NB: This Portway Close warehouse is also closed at weekends.

All Ex-Display items from non-Northampton stores must be collected from the applicable store. We will arrange this with you post-purchase.

Condition & Warranty

Our mail order returns & ex-display units are built and unboxed but thoroughly checked to ensure they are in full working order before they go on sale, they may be “mint” or marked or have some minor superficial damage (the price of the product reflects the condition of the item at the time of sale). Product warranties are either 6 months or 12 months “return to base”. Please check the product warranty section for full warranty details of this particular product.

Home Delivery

Some Ex-display units over £1000 in value & within 100 miles delivery radius of Northampton (NN3) may qualify for free delivery where we are able to safely palletise the product. Delivery addresses outside the 100-mile radius will be contacted with a delivery quote provided this is practicable and the area covered by our third party carrier. NB: All Ex-display & returns deliveries are to the doorstep or garage only.
