Redesigned to provide precise range of motion and comfort and re-engineered, the system features a bumper and a permanent safety rod stopper. The weight capacity for the Workbench Leg Lift is 200lbs / 90kgs. Please note: this accessory is for Olympic Weights only (bench and weight plates sold separately).
