Featuring a Bench Press Station and increased lat exercise options, the Yellow Workbench Multi System is an excellent multi-functioning machine for your home gym. Additionally, the independent lever arms allow you to exercise each arm independently, or alternatively lock both arms together and use it as a conventional bench press. The lever arms have built-in safety stops that allow users to train to exhaustion without the need for a spotter. When finished, you dimply set the weight down – this security provides the opportunity to achieve maximum muscle growth in the comfort of your own home. The Workbench’s new design provides additional stability and allows users to adjust the seating area and back rest pads at different settings with ease thanks to its unique ball bearing driven carriage. New features include updated materials on the weight horns (stainless-steel to replace chrome), which have also been angled up by 10° for additional weight plate storage. The back support tube and knee brace tubes have also been upgraded from chrome to stainless steel, and the press arms boast extra adjustments for maximising your sessions. With the Workbench Multisystem, you can execute multiple exercises including Calf Raise, Close Grip Bench Press, Close Grip Pull Down, Incline Bench Rows, Incline Leg Lift, Lunges, Squats and more. The Workbench Multisystem is virtually maintenance free as it has no cables or pulleys. Please note – for use with Olympic weight plates only. Weight Plates are sold separately.
