The Proform 5 Level Resistance Tubes Set brings you progressive training, so you can continue to stay challenged as you get stronger. Featuring a set of 5 resistance bands of varying strengths from level 1-5, you can continually stimulate your muscles by making them work harder as you improve your power. You can also switch between bands, depending on which muscle group you’re targeting, allowing you to get full use out of every resistance level.
