Its cushioned seat is oversized and lumbar-supported, and can be adjusted backwards and forwards to find the ideal riding position, while extra-wide ergonomic pedals keep your feet secure as you cycle.
A 7kg effective inertia-enhanced flywheel ensures every push is smooth, with 22 levels of SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance easily adjustable via Digital QuickResistance™ controls. Download the iFIT app to your tablet or smart device, connect the bike, and you can enjoy a virtually unlimited selection of individualised workouts led by the world’s best trainers in the comfort of your own home. Access a new workout every day, automatically track your progress, enjoy real-life cycle routes with Google Maps™, compete with your friends, custom-tailor your training to your specific goals and more (30-day iFIT Subscription Included*). With ActivePulse™ technology, you can connect a SmartBeat Arm Band (not included) and have your iFIT trainers adjust the resistance of the ProForm 325 CSX based on your heart rate, so you know you’re working at the right intensity, in the right zone.
A 5” high contrast multi-colour display lets you monitor your most important stats as you ride, including Watts Power Readout. 2 – 2” speakers let you play your favourite music out loud while you train, or connect your Bluetooth headphones to the console for full immersion. Other integrated features include an Autobreeze Workout Fan and an easily-accessible water bottle holder.

Home Use: 2 years parts and labour (conditions apply) subject to registering the elliptical within 28 days of purchase. Standard warranty is 12 months parts and labour. No warranty is available for non-domestic environments. Terms This warranty extends only to the original purchaser (you) and is not transferable. The warranty does not cover: 1. Normal wear and tear (examples of normal wear parts include walking belts, drive belts, batteries, brake pads, and jumping mats). 2 Any makeshift repairs, adaptations, or changes to modify this product from its normal purpose and function as described in your user’s manual. 3. Damage resulting from: a) Wilful or malicious acts. b) Transportation. c) Improper installation, assembly, or connection that is not in accordance with ICON specifications or recommendations. d) Abuse, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or improper or abnormal usage. e) Non-compliance with the instructions in your user’s manual (such as the use of cleaning and maintenance products other than those recommended, failure to turn off the product after use, etc.). f) Non-home use (including but not limited to use in commercial, professional, rental, or institutional settings). g) Repairs not provided by an ICON-authorized service provider or use of parts not provided or authorized by ICON. h) Accidents, impacts, power fluctuations, lightning, storms, water, fi re, animals, or any other causes beyond the control of ICON. i) Improper location including, but not limited to, humid, dusty, or outdoor environments (examples include garages, cellars, porches, and patios).
