PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Packed with high-end features, REP’s FT-5000 2.0 Functional Trainer ensures a commercial-quality cable workout from home. The redesigned trolley system is slimmer and lighter than previous versions, benefitting from no rollers, reduced material, pre-lubricated uprights and a repositioned handle. There are a total of 21 cable positions, with laser-etched numbers on the columns making it easy to line up the handles on either side.
The FT-5000 2.0 features dual weight stacks that max out at 224 lbs / 101.6 kg at a 2:1 ratio, with magnetic pins locking the weight in place. It even comes with four additional 2.75 lb / 1.25 kg incremental weights for smaller weight jumps. The cables use aluminium pulleys instead of plastic, and are smooth throughout the whole motion. They feature an added welded ring that makes it easy to swap attachments, or use the end as an additional grip option. The FT-5000 2.0 comes with two D-handles included, with storage pegs at the centre of the machine.
The FT-5000 2.0 comes with an integrated multi-grip pull-up bar and a mountable diagram detailing 12 different movements that you can do.

What’s the difference between the FT-3000 and FT-5000?
The FT-3000 is slightly more compact than the FT-5000, at 78”H x 53”W x 34”D, and is narrow enough to fit through a standard doorway. The FT-5000 has larger weight stacks, with a total weight of 448lbs compared to the FT-3000’s 360lbs. The FT-5000 has more cable positions on the uprights, and more grip options on the pull-up bar.
What attachments are included?
The FT-5000 2.0 comes with a pair of D-handles included.
What is the maximum and minimum height of a lifter to be able to perform tricep pressdowns and bicep curls without any issues?
Anyone 6’2” and shorter should have no issues achieving the full range of motion for tricep pressdowns, but these can always be done on your knees if needed. There should be no issue with bicep curls for shorter lifters, but you can always stand on a plyo box for a greater range of motion if you need to.
What does a ratio of 2:1 mean?
Each weight stack on the FT-5000 weighs 224 lbs / 101.6kg (a total of 448 lbs), and operate on a 2:1 ratio. This means that 224 lbs will feel like 112 lbs when in use. The stickers on the weight stacks are numbered to reflect the “feels like” weight.
What is the minimum and maximum usable weight?
The minimum usable weight per side is 25 lbs, but feels like 12.5 lbs. The maximum usable weight per side is 224 lbs / 101.6kg, but feels like 112 lbs / 50.8kg.

Warranty Cover includes cover for defects in material, functionality, and workmanship as well as Parts referencing any “Parts” listed in the Product Manuals Parts List. Lifetime warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship. It does not cover misuse, user modifications and/or general wear and tear.
