Featuring 20 resistance levels, this quality home bike offers a wide range of intensity to suit all fitness levels and to allow for progression and flexibility. 10 built in programmes allow you to effectively reach your goals and mix up your workouts, and you can use the contact heart rate sensors to keep track of your heart rate. A chest strap can also be used for more accurate, wireless readings. (Chest strap sold separately). All your workout stats are shown via the engaging 9” console. It features a nifty built-in cooling fan and water bottle holder. Console speakers allow you to hook up any iPod/Smart Phone/MP3 for easy listening. With 10 built in workouts, there’s plenty to keep you challenged. The patented 2-degree inward design on the foot pedals ensures correct posture, which minimises joint pain. Thanks to the commercial-grade, padded, gel seat and back support, the comfort level is second to none.
