It features an easy to use console with a vibrant blue back-lit LCD display. You can keep track of all your fitness stats including time, speed, distance, incline, calories, programme and pulse. It also features a nifty built-in cooling fan and water bottle holder. Console speakers allow you to hook up any iPod/Smart Phone/MP3 for easy listening. With 10 built in workouts, there’s plenty to keep you challenged. The whisper-quiet drive system ensures a fluid, smooth stride, either forwards or reverse. With 20 electronic levels of resistance over a 30° power incline, you can take advantage of additional resistance as well as variable positions for excellent flexibility. Simply press a button to raise the incline ramp, allowing you to individually target and work all major lower body muscle groups. The stationary handle bars feature built-in pulse sensors for monitoring your heart rate, and you can also use the heart rate chest strap provided for more accuracy. Dual guide rails increase the steadiness of the stepping, ensuring a smooth ride throughout your workouts. Oversized foot pedals ensure excellent comfort. Uniquely designed, they feature a 2-degree inward slope which reduces ankle and knee stress.
