It also features a nifty built-in cooling fan and water bottle holder. Console speakers allow you to hook up any iPod/Smart Phone/MP3 for easy listening. With 10 built in workouts, there’s plenty to keep you challenged. The whisper-quiet drive system ensures a fluid, smooth stride, either forwards or reverse. With 20 levels of resistance and challenging power incline, you can take advantage of additional resistance as well as variable positions for excellent flexibility. Simply press a button to raise the incline ramp! The ramp angle is fully adjustable up to 30 degrees, allowing you to individually target and work all major lower body muscle groups. The stationary handle bars feature built-in pulse sensors for monitoring your heart rate, and you can also use the compatible Sole heart rate chest strap (not included) for more accuracy.
