A heavy-gauge, high strength steel frame ensures the Spirit CS800+ Stepper is durable and strong enough to withstand heavy use in commercial environments. A 10.4kg flywheel and Poly-V Belt Drive Train offer smooth stepping every time, with 20 levels of resistance setting the challenge for beginners and experienced gym-goers. An arched step-rail design allows for a more natural stepping motion, with 2-degrees of inversion at each foot pedal placing the user in an anatomically correct position. Grab the pulse grips to measure your heart rate while stepping, or connect your chest strap (not included) via Bluetooth. Track your workout (Steps, Vertical Distance, Calories, Watts, Pulse, METs, Time Elapsed, Time Remaining Program Profile, SPM, Level) on the bright white multi-window LED console. The console incorporates a USB port for device charging, a workout fan to keep you cool during workouts, and Bluetooth for connecting your chest strap/app and headphones.
