Spirit XE295 Elliptical Cross Trainer

The Spirit XE295 Elliptical boasts cushioned, 3-level adjustable footplates and dual rail tracks for a comfortable and stable motion with every step. A 30lb (13.6kg) flywheel ensures each 20” stride is a smooth as the last. There are two sets of handlebars on the Spirit XE295. The multi-position moving handlebars engage your upper body while striding, and feature handlebar level controls built in for quick changes mid-workout. A pair of static handles, meanwhile, can be found below the console. These feature the integrated hand pulse sensors for accurate heart rate measurements (can also be measured via a chest strap - included). The XE295 has 20 levels of ECB resistance—plenty for a challenging workout, no matter your fitness level. There’s a selection of pre-programmed workouts to choose from, including Manual, Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, Interval, User-Based and Heart Rate options, keeping track of all your stats on the 7.5” LCD display. The XE295’s console also includes an integrated fan to keep you cool and a built-in tablet holder to keep your tablet steady while you train.
