Hit top speeds of 12mph and inclines of up to 15% during workouts, with remote handlebar toggles for both speed and incline allowing for secure workout changes without taking your hands off the side handlebars. The large 7.5” bright blue backlit LCD screen with separate Muscle Activation Profile and HR % Profile LED displays is easy to read, and gives you constant feedback on all areas of your work. A quick press of a button and you are off on a walk, a run, or one of the many specialised workouts. Integrated speakers, a tablet friendly reading rack and audio input jack keep you entertained throughout your workouts, and a built-in adjustable fan keeps you cool. Contact and wireless heart rate monitoring options make your workouts more effective – readings can be taken via the hand pulse grips or the included chest strap transmitter. Work your way through a host of built-in workout programmes, including Manual, Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, Interval, User 1-2 and HR 1-2. Bluetooth compatible, you can also connect to the SPIRIT Fit App to monitor and record all your workout data. When you’ve finished your workout, the deck can be easily folded to store the XT385 in a vertical position.
