For a comfortable, low impact workout that delivers on workout versatility, look no further than the Synchro Forma Elliptical Cross Trainer. Merging gym-class construction with style and comfort, this attractive elliptical delivers quiet motion thanks to its no-impact movement, 12 challenging resistance levels, and the ability to choose between whole body training or just the legs and glutes.
No different to other machines in this line, the Synchro boasts the intuitive matte LED goal-orientated display with QR code, numerical keypad and LED dial. Bringing your performance stats within easy reach, you can keep track of your workout and choose from invigorating workouts, grouped together for ease.
Featuring Entertainment Support, you can easily mount your iPad or tablet and listen to music or watch TV while you burn the calories. Fitted with hand sensors and telemetry heart rate monitoring*, you can monitor every aspect of your training. The intuitive machine adjusts the resistance to match your ability, ensuring you are in the right training zone.

Depending on your location, some of our ex-display products can be delivered for free. Others may require a delivery charge. The criteria are outlined below:
• Products located in Northampton which are £300 or over are delivered free for addresses within approximately 70 miles of our head office. This covers the following postcodes: MK, AL, NN, LE, B, CB, CV, HP, LU, OX, PE, SG, WD, WR
• Products located in Northampton over £300, but outside of the 70 mile radius, are likely to incur a delivery fee. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a delivery quote.
• All products under £300 need to be collected.
• All products located anywhere other than Northampton must be collected.
• Orders paid for with finance must be delivered.
Our ex-display units are sold built and unboxed for collection. For some fitness equipment, delivery may be available. Please call 01604 673000 for a delivery cost. Manufacturer's warranty is available on most units. Please call to confirm condition and availability.
