The one touch "Quick Start" for allows instant operation. The dual action resistance arms give a full body cardio workout, grip the stationary horseshoe handlebars for lower body only exercising. The premium quality drive train and electromagnetic resistance ensure smooth, silent operation and the Precision Path™ Foot Motion Technology provides the perfect elliptical stride for the most natural feel and workout performance whilst minimizing stress to the ankles, knees and back. The E320 is manufactured to a commercial quality, a light commercial warranty is included.
