PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A perfect add-on to the CXT-200 Core Multi-Functional Trainer, the CXT-225 Smith Press Attachment allows you to perform a wide range of barbell exercises. A heavy-duty linear bearings press system with angled weight prongs, the Smith Press System features a durable, knurled aluminium 1-5/8” press bar with 46” inside grip width. Starting weight at 30lbs. (System is rated to 540lbs maximum load capacity.) It allows you to perform dozens of traditional barbell exercises in safety, including: squats, upright row, bent row, lunges, pull ups, calf raises, inverted row, tricep dips, hamstring, back stretch and more. The 15 solid steel bar catches and safety stops allow you to perform your barbell exercises safely.
