PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TuffStuff’s Evolution Adjustable Hyper-Extension Bench is a versatile piece of kit to really help you take your strength training to new levels. With a multi-purpose design, you can take advantage of the many different positions available, ranging from the 48º hyper angle to full Roman chair. With such a range of positions, you can work your mid and lower back, gluteal muscles, hamstrings and abdominal muscles. And in swift time too, thanks to the easily adjustable settings.
As is typical of TuffStuff’s quality fitness equipment, this bench does not falter on comfort. It features both a telescoping foot and cushioned trunk supports with integrated handles, so that you not only feel comfortable, but also maintain correct form. The result is that you can focus on building muscle while the bench takes care of keeping you in correct posture.
Complete with wheels and weighing just 90lbs/41kg, the bench is lightweight and very easy to move from place to place. It also features an attractive Platinum Sparkle powder coat finish and 2x3” 11-gauge steel frame, allowing a 181kg/400lbs weight capacity.
