Achieve outstanding strength gains with the Evolution VKR / Chin / Dip / Ab Crunch / Push-up Training Tower. This epic training tower allows you to perform a wide variety of body weight exercises for your upper body and core. These include knee raises, hanging leg raises, chin-ups, dips, push-ups and sit ups, incredible variety for such a space-efficient machine. The multi-grip pull-up station offers wide, narrow, reverse and neutral grip options, while the support pad cleverly delivers a dual purpose as a supportive ab crunch board and VKR back support during leg raises. Made with premium-grade Naugahyde, you will perform your exercises in comfort. This material is also easy maintenance and can be wiped down easily after use. Featuring an attractive Platinum Sparkle powder coat finish and 2x3” 11-gauge steel frame, it nicely complements any setting and is a sturdy piece of equipment, withstanding up to 181kg/400lbs of weight.
