PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our backs play an integral role when it comes to supporting us, and therefore building a strong back and upper body should be important in any strength programme. The Evolution Lat / Low Row Combo Machine is a complete upper body workout machine, allowing you to build muscle and really strengthen your back, shoulders and arms whilst supporting your natural movements as it does so.
This robust machine includes both a lat pull down and low row station, meaning you can perform a higher number of exercises all on one piece of machinery. Built with convenience in mind, this Lat / Low Row Combo machine features a compact design, meaning it can fit nicely in many settings, even where space is limited.
The Lat Pulldown station features a solid steel bar, allowing you to perform your exercises with a weight stack of 200lbs/91kg. Featuring a narrow bar and adjustable footplates (from flat to vertical), the low pulley station allows you to add even more exercises to your workout programme without the hassle of switching to another machine. With fully adjustable supports (including adjustable thigh hold-down roller pads), you can maintain proper positioning – and in comfort, thanks to the quality-assured cushioning.
