Weider’s Pro Power Rack design includes high and low precision pulleys alongside a maximum 136kg resistance, in order for you to build your strength and increase those gains. Add up to 68kg of weight plates to obtain the 136kg resistance (weight plates not included). The bar cradles support a max weight of 140kg including the barbell (not to be used with a bar longer than 6ft). Please note that this machine is only compatible with bars that have an internal length (between sleeves) of 52" or more, such as product BPOB72-52.
